Where we ship. We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and many more countries.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery estimates (after processing):

Standard: 5–8 business days
Express: where available, faster options are shown at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, sales, or due to customs and courier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates.

Standard: €8
Express: €15
FREE standard shipping on orders over €50
Exact rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track from our Track Your Order page.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived in the estimated time, contact us through our contact page and we'll help track it down.
