Where we ship

We ship to every country our checkout lists — over 230 countries and regions worldwide.

Shipping cost

Orders under US$35: a flat US$4.95 shipping fee.
Orders of US$35 or more: free shipping.

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout, so the exact figure you see there is what you pay. There are no other shipping charges.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 10–20 business days, because your order ships directly from our supplier rather than from a local warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front.

Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during peak periods or because of customs and courier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside your own country may be subject to import taxes or customs duties set by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us through our contact page and we will help track it down — and replace or refund it if it is lost.
